Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed rozd\u00edly potom v sou\u010dasnosti nast\u00e1vaj\u00ed u fluktuace \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f. \u00b7 U \u017een se jednalo o 19 procent t\u011bch, co zm\u011bnily pr\u00e1ci, \u00b7 u m\u016f\u017eu pouze o procento m\u00e9n\u011b, tedy 18 procent. D\u016fvody pro zm\u011bnu Podle poradensk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti Randstad, kter\u00e1 provedla mnoho pr\u016fzkum\u016f spokojenosti se zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00edm vyplynulo, \u017ee v sou\u010dasnosti je na trhu pr\u00e1ce extr\u00e9mn\u011b vysok\u00e1 spokojenost se zam\u011bstnavatelem. Podle pr\u016fzkumu je spokojeno 65 procent osob, z toho 16 procent je velice spokojeno. Nespokojeno je pouze 8 procent a siln\u011b nespokojeno pouh\u00e9 1 procento zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. D\u016fvod\u016f pro zm\u011bnu zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b cel\u00e1 \u0159ada. Mezi t\u0159i nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u016fvody ov\u0161em pat\u0159i: \u00b7 nespokojenost se zam\u011bstnavatelem (26 procent), \u00b7 z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed lep\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edch \u010di finan\u010dn\u00edch podm\u00ednek (21 procent) a \u00b7 osobn\u00ed d\u016fvody (21 procent).  Vysok\u00e1 spokojenost je zajist\u00e9 zp\u016fsobena extr\u00e9mn\u011b n\u00edzkou nezam\u011bstnanost\u00ed, ale pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b tak\u00e9 n\u00e1zorov\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami a v\u00edce propracovan\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f k finan\u010dn\u00edmu ohodnocen\u00ed a motivaci zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.
